Wondering what the Central Zone Executive's objectives are? Listed below are the objectives we hope to carry out each and every year. These objectives are in place to ensure that our members and the leagues that employ us can conduct themselves without problem throughout the year, ensuring a successful hockey season for all involved.

- Efficiently administer the Central Zone's business.
- Recruitment and development of the best possible officials.
- Meet the officiating and communication needs of each league as effectively as possible.
- Design support systems that are easy to understand and communicate them as clearly as possible.
- Set and maintain high standards for officials both on and off the ice.
- Encourage involvement by as many officials as possible.
