Hockey Calgary Esso Minor Hockey Week Update

Hockey Calgary has requested that if both teams are ready and agree, that we start games early.  Over the course of the day, many arenas fall behind due to the number of games happening all day/night long, so any time you can make up (even 5 minutes) can make a difference at the end of the game.

One set of officials when requested to start early this weekend refused thinking that there was an insurance issue.  We can assure you that is NOT the case and you can start your games early.

So please ensure you are ready to be on the ice 10 minutes prior to the start of your game so we can do our part in keeping this huge tournament on time.
